Welcome to 479 Counseling. I'm glad you've found your way here!
Are you tired of feeling stuck? Maybe you're struggling with feeling overwhelmed, being weighed down with the stressors of life or navigating a life transition.
Regardless of what your experience is, I believe you unquestionably deserve to be the best version of yourself. If you’re looking for a safe space to unpack and feel supported as you navigate your journey, you've come to the right place! Therapy is a space where you can show up just as you are — without pressure, without judgment, and without having to pretend that everything is okay. My goal is to co-create a meaningful connection with you that honors your pace and unique needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and discover new ways of moving forward that feel authentic and sustainable.
Sometimes this looks like strengthening the mind-body connection, understanding your own emotions, and learning to regulate yourself- even in overwhelming circumstances. This can help you feel more empowered in daily life. As your coregulator, I will work hard to attune to your needs and provide you with a meaningful therapeutic experience.
In my practice, I provide trauma-informed care and utilize a variety of modalities while supporting women and the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy for adults throughout Arkansas. I offer a private cash rate and am in network with BCBS, Ambetter and Qualchoice. As an out-of-network provider, I am also happy to provide superbills for services.

What I do
I work with adults across Arkansas and help people unpack and recover from difficult life circumstances and improve their overall emotional well-being. I often work with people who are navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, LGBTQIA+ experiences, healing from trauma, relationship challenges, and women’s issues.

Who I am
I’m Tori. I’m a local Arkansan, LPC, and EMDR-certified therapist in Rogers Arkansas. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, it is important to me that my space is safe, affirming and inclusive. In all that I do, I value showing up authentically, both in and out of the therapy room and hope you leave each session feeling like you can do the same!

A Safe Space to Share The Tea
I know it can feel a little overwhelming to start therapy, step into a new space, and meet someone new. To help you feel more comfortable, here are a few photos to help you familiarize yourself with my office. When you arrive, you're welcome to make yourself at home with complimentary coffee, tea, or water in the waiting area.
